After that, place the carrot, garlic, onion, and celery, two teaspoons of dried Italian seasoning, one-fourth teaspoon of black pepper, and one and one-half teaspoons of kosher salt. Cook and stir at times until they become softer. Do this for about six to eight minutes.

Place Broth, Cabbage, Tomatoes, And Beans

Stir the cabbage, one can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes and their juices, white beans, and six cups of chicken broth or vegetables. Please wait until it boils.

Simmer For 20 Minutes

Turn the heat low and simmer uncovered until the cabbage is soft. You can do this for around 20 minutes. Likewise, coarsely chop one-fourth of fresh parsley leaves if you want. Then, sprinkle the parsley on the vegetable soup after the steps.

2. Kimchi Fried Rice

– Turn the cooker to moderately high heat and preheat the pan. Pour some cooking oil and spread it over the pan with a spatula.

– Place garlic and mix it quickly for around 10 seconds. After that, put some bacon and mix it properly until half-cooked.

– Add kimchi and mix it until it’s cooked for around 80%.

– You can also add mushrooms to make it tastier. Stir them properly for some time. Lower the heat to moderately medium-low heat.

– Stir the sesame oil after putting them in the pan. After that, take them out from the pan.

– Place green onion, sesame seeds, and seaweed strips on the fried kimchi rice. Put the fried egg above the meal.
